Vintage hickory wood armchair from the Old Hickory Company of Martinsville, Indiana. The seat and back are hand woven with the traditional open canework style. This Adirondack chair is typical of the style as seen at the Old Faithful Inn of Yellowstone Park and Adirondack camps of the early 1900s.
